Clubhouse Rentals

The Weybridge Place Club House may be rented by Weybridge Place residents for private parties and events. Major holiday club house rentals are now available. This includes all major holidays, with the exception of New Year's Eve.

Rental hours are now 9:00AM to 11:00PM, as stipulated by the noise ordinance imposed by Hillsborough Township.

All party bookings are made through Taylor Management. View the calendar to see if the date you wish to book your party for is available.

Rental Charges

The clubhouse rental fee is $75.00 per party. A refundable deposit is also required and is refunded by Management after the post-party walk through has been completed and the premises were left in satisfactory condition. The refundable deposit is $85.00. The total required with your signed contract is $160.00, made payable to Weybridge Place Townhouse Association.

To see if the club house is available for rental on the date you are requesting, please visit the Club House Calendar page. If the date you are requesting is open, contact Taylor Management for information on booking your date.

Rental Agreement Contract - Click here to download a Rental Agreement 

To secure the date for your party, you must fill out a rental contract. You must fully complete the agreement, attach payment (as listed above in the rental charges area), and return it promptly to the Recreation Committee or mail it to Taylor Management.  

All parties are listed as pending until the rental agreement and check are received. At that time, your party date will be held. Clicking on the link below will allow you to download the Rental Contract and print it out.

Procedure For Renting The Clubhouse

Follow the steps below to secure your booking for renting the clubhouse.

1. Make sure the date that you wish to have your party on is available. Check the calendar by clicking here.
    
2. If your date is available, e-mail Taylor Management Company to notify her of the date and to list your rental as "pending". Note that your party will not be listed as "reserved" until the agreement and checks have been received.
    
3. Download the rental agreement and print it out. Fill it out completely. Click here to download the agreement
    
4. Attach two checks (deposit and rental) to the agreement. Deposit check is $85.00. Rental check is $75.00. Make the checks available to Weybridge Place Recreation Committee.
    
5. Enclose your completed agreement and both checks in an envelope and mail to the following address:
